BL8071 Power Management IC – 1.5A CMOS LDO Linear Regulator | 1.5–6.0V, SOT223

The BL8071 is a low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator designed for battery-powered equipment, PC peripherals, and wireless devices requiring stable and reliable voltage.
It operates over an input voltage range of 1.5V to 6.0V and provides adjustable output voltages from 1.2V to 5.0V in 0.1V steps with ±2% / ±1% accuracy.

With low quiescent current of 100µA and high PSRR of 70dB @100Hz, the BL8071 ensures clean and stable output. Its SOT223 package supports higher current output up to 1.5A for demanding applications.
