BL8067 Power Management IC – 300mA CMOS LDO Linear Regulator | 1.5–6.0V, SOT23 / DFN1×1

The BL8067 is a low-noise CMOS low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator designed for battery-powered and portable electronics requiring clean and stable voltage rails.
It operates over a 1.5V to 6.0V input voltage range and provides fixed output voltages from 1.0V to 4.5V in 0.1V steps with ±2% accuracy.

This device features high PSRR up to 68dB @ 1kHz, fast transient response, and an integrated output discharge function for quick output voltage decay during shutdown.
With a low quiescent current of 50µA and 300mA output capability, the BL8067 is well suited for low-power portable designs.
