The BL8064 is an ultra-low power CMOS LDO linear regulator designed for battery-powered and always-on applications requiring minimal standby current.
It supports an input voltage up to 8.0V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.1V to 5.5V with fine 0.1V step resolution.
With an extremely low quiescent current of just 1µA, the BL8064 significantly extends battery life while maintaining stable voltage regulation.
It delivers up to 200mA output current, making it well suited for low-power digital, sensor, and reference voltage rails.
