The BL8060 is an ultra-low quiescent current CMOS LDO linear regulator optimized for battery-powered and low-duty-cycle applications.
It supports an input voltage up to 12V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.1V to 5.5V with fine 0.1V step resolution.

Featuring a very low quiescent current of only 1µA, the BL8060 minimizes power loss during standby while still delivering up to 250mA output current.
