The BL8039 is a high-efficiency synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter with a built-in power MOSFET, designed for compact and battery-powered applications requiring stable output regulation and high load capability.
It supports a 2.6V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage via a 0.6V feedback reference.
Operating in PWM/PFM automatic switching mode, the BL8039 achieves up to 97% efficiency while maintaining a low 80µA quiescent current, making it suitable for portable and always-on devices.
With a 2MHz switching frequency, 100% duty cycle, and compact SOT23-5 and DFN1.6×1.6-6L packages, it enables small solution size and high power density for modern power designs.
