The BL1555 is a dual-channel SPDT analog switch designed for low-loss signal switching in portable systems. With an extremely low on-resistance of 0.3Ω and 33MHz bandwidth, it delivers excellent analog performance at low supply voltages.
Supporting a 1.65V to 5.5V operating range, the BL1555 is available in MSOP10 and QFN10 (1.8×1.4mm) packages for flexible layout options.
