BL10N70 – 700V N-Channel MOSFET, 10A, 0.70

The BL High Voltage Planar MOSFET series (500V to 1700V) is engineered for robust high-voltage switching applications requiring stable avalanche performance, reliable conduction characteristics, and cost-effective power management solutions. Built using proven planar MOSFET technology, this series provides dependable operation across a wide voltage spectrum from 500V up to 1700V.

With drain current capability ranging from 1A to 30A+ and optimized RDS(on) performance across voltage classes, these MOSFETs are ideal for offline power conversion, industrial switching, and high-voltage control systems.
