BL10N40 – 400V Power MOSFET, 10A, 0.4? RDS(on), High Voltage Switching

The BL High Voltage Planar MOSFET series is designed for reliable and cost-effective power switching applications across 200V, 250V, 300V, and 400V voltage classes. Built using proven planar MOSFET technology, this series delivers stable performance, strong avalanche capability, and optimized conduction characteristics for medium- to high-voltage power systems.

With drain current capability up to 90A and RDS(on) as low as 22mΩ (typ.), these MOSFETs provide an excellent balance between switching performance, ruggedness, and cost efficiency. Designed for standard 10V gate drive operation, select models also feature logic-level gate threshold options for low gate drive applications.

Available in multiple industry-standard power packages including TO220, TO220F, TO251, TO252 (DPAK), TO263, TO247, and TO3PN, the BL Planar MOSFET series supports flexible PCB layouts and efficient thermal management for industrial and power conversion designs.
