High-Performance Gear Speed Sensor IC | Precision Automotive & Industrial Applications
Description
The AH3194 is a gear speed sensor IC designed for high-precision applications in automotive and industrial systems. Featuring self-adaptive adjustment and digital output functionality, it ensures accurate and reliable speed measurement.
Built with a single Hall element, the AH3194 eliminates the issues of rotation alignment. It integrates a 10-bit A/D converter with logic control and an additional 4-bit A/D converter for dual-sampling and comparison of Hall element signals, enabling gear tooth detection and accurate speed identification.
For proper operation, the S-pole of the magnet should face the sensor’s back, with a magnetic field strength range of 50 mT to 500 mT. This makes it ideal for demanding environments where robust and precise speed sensing is required.
