AD1674 12-Bit, 100 kSPS ADC by Analog Devices | A/D Converter IC
The AD1674 is a complete, high-performance 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed by Analog Devices. It integrates a sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA), 10 V reference, clock, and three-state output buffers for seamless microprocessor interfacing.
Pin-compatible with the industry-standard AD574A and AD674A, the AD1674 delivers faster conversion rates and an integrated sampling function. Its wide input bandwidth SHA ensures 12-bit accuracy across the full Nyquist bandwidth, making it equally suitable for signal processing and precision DC measurement applications.
Fabricated using Analog Devices’ BiMOS II process, the AD1674 combines high-performance bipolar analog circuitry with digital CMOS logic for reliable mixed-signal performance.
